致各位外籍师生：
近期，疫情防控形势严峻复杂，遵守国家防控政策是大家共同的责任和义务，根据海南省教育厅高校疫情防控视频会议精神和学校疫情防控会议精神，请各位外籍师生配合做好疫情防控工作，现将有关事项提示如下：
Dear foreign teachers and international students,
Recently, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is getting grim and complex. It is the common responsibility and obligation of everyone to abide by the national prevention and control policy. In accordance with the latest policy of the Education Department of Hainan Province and our university, all foreign teachers and international students are requested to cooperate in epidemic prevention and control. The relevant regulations are notified as follows: 一、外籍师生按照“非必要不出岛”的原则，尽量减少外出活动。建议外籍师生暂缓前往中高风险地区、暂停中高风险地区实习实践等，减少风险。如有近期内到过中高风险地区的返校人员，应及时向所在二级学院报告。Foreign teachers and international students are advised NOT to leave Hainan Island unless it is extremely necessary to do so. DO NOT go to the medium and high risk areas as specified by the government and suspend your practice activities in those areas. Those who have been to the medium and high risk areas should report to your school in good time. 二、严格离岛人员审批管理。外教出岛前必须向所在二级学院负责人书面请假，经批准后方可离岛。经批准出岛的外教须向学校疫情防控工作领导小组办公室报备，返校时原则上未接种疫苗的人员须做核酸检测，前往中高风险地区人员返校时还需严格按照属地管理等相关规定办理返校手续。Foreign teachers MUST ask for written leave permission from your school Dean if you intend to leave Hainan Island. The written permission must also be reported to the university epidemic prevention and control office. When returning to the university, if you haven’t received vaccination before, you must take the nucleic test and bring the negative nucleic test report with you so that you can enter the university. Those who have been to the medium and high risk areas should strictly follow the relevant management provisions to return to the university.三、出行前要了解掌握各地的疫情防控措施，做好个人“戴口罩、勤洗手”等各项自我防护措施。尽量减少外出，不聚集，避免到人群密集尤其是空气流动性差的场所，不前往中、高风险地区。外籍师生如出现发热、干咳、咽痛、嗅觉减退等症状时，及时到就近的医疗机构发热门诊进行诊疗，主动、如实告知个人旅居史、活动史和接触史。Please learn the local epidemic prevention and control measures before going out, and take good self-protection measures such as wearing masks where possible and washing your hands frequently. Avoid going out, avoid gathering and avoid crowded places, especially places with poor air fluidity. In case of fever, dry cough, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and other symptoms, you should go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and truly and completely inform the hospital about your personal travel and residence history, outdoor activity history and contact history. 四、每日在外籍教师和留学生工作群中汇报个人所在地和健康情况，如有涉疫地区行程史、经停史或发现涉疫人员要主动向国际合作与交流处、所在学院或学校医务室报告。Report your location and health status in the foreign teachers/ international students working group on a daily basis. If you have a travel history or a stop-over history in the epidemic-related areas or find out that you are infected with the epidemic, you should report to the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges, your school or the university clinic immediately.五、留学生恢复出入校门请假制度，请通过微信提前向国际教育学院院长请假。International students MUST ask for written leave permission if you want to get out of the campus. You can apply to the Dean of School of International Education via WeChat.六、严格落实新冠病毒疫苗接种工作。因疫情复发，建议全校所有外籍师生尽快接种新冠肺炎疫苗，做到“应接尽接，应种尽种”，不漏一人，除由于特殊原因等不适合接种的人员外，尽快构筑校园免疫屏障。Follow the requirement of Coronavirus vaccination. If you have not received or completed your vaccination yet, please get your vaccination done as soon as possible.
